While we maintain strict quality control standards, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here's our straightforward returns policy:

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened products within 14 days of receipt
  • Damaged or defective products (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Incorrect items received (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Late Notification of requested return 
  • Continuous incorrect orders 

Return Process

  1. Contact our team within the eligible timeframe
  2. Notify reason of return to orders@altregohair.com.au with photos and evidence for the reason of return of products
  3. Once authorized by the Altrego Team; you must ship the products back to Level 1, 8/57 Thomas Drive, Surfers Paradise, QLD, 4217. If wanting a replacement of the product you will need to provide an extra large postage bag. Please note if you don’t you will be charged a fee. 
  4. The return items must be in the original packaging and not damaged. 
  5. To receive a refund or replacement upon inspection you must fulfil the above steps.
